Will this plan cover my child's pre-existing condition?
Our High Plan will offer the best coverage with a maximum out of pocket expense of $5000/individual and $10,000/family. However, if your child requires expensive medication please note that our plan has a $150 limit per prescription. Also, there are limits on hospital inpatient coverage that may be worth taking into consideration.
How many children can I cover on a plan?
Plan costs are per child, and there is no limit to the number of children you can cover.
Can I cover my spouse with this plan?
Focus Health for Kids plans are for children only.
What are self-funded Captive arrangement plans?

Will this plan cover my adult child who is under 26?
Yes! You can cover your children your children until the age 26.
